Deposit and Payment

Surprise Goldens does not allow visitors until puppies are 6 weeks old.  Our puppies sell quickly, so we accept deposits on the number of male and female puppies available. 

Once the pups have had their first set of shots, we contact the new owners to visit and choose their puppy. Choice of puppy is based on receipt of deposit: first deposit for a male puppy receives first choice of all male puppies in the litter, second deposit for a male puppy received second choice of all male puppies in the litter, etc. The same system applies to female puppies. 

• When the deposit is received by Surprise Goldens, the buyer will receive receipt of deposit, and a date/time (of mutual agreement) to visit and choose their puppy.

• A deposit is not required to purchase a puppy from Surprise Goldens. New owners can choose to wait until the puppies have reached 6 weeks to visit and choose their puppy from puppies not held by a deposit agreement.

• All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If a deposit is paid on a puppy and the final payment is not received by the date due, and prior written arrangements have not been made, Seller has the right to keep the deposit and sell the puppy to another party.  Full payment for the puppy must be received before the puppy will be given to the Buyer. Puppy must be picked up/received by the buyer.

• Deposits may be made in cash, Paypal, Venmo, (8% fee for PayPal transactions).

• Final Payment: Cash or payment through PayPal (8% fee for PayPal transactions) only. Payment in full is required prior to picking up the puppy. No checks accepted for balance of purchase. 

• Puppies can be delivered in the Phoenix area for small delivery fee (determined by location) as long as full payment is received prior to delivery date. Please call or email for more information.
